Well, not really a new me. Same old guy in the same old packaging. Although I do have plans for 2011, big plans, as far as I am concerned, which stretch across both my personal life and professional life as a photographer in Carlisle, Cumbria.
I don't mind saying that part of that will involve moving from commercial photography starting up as a wedding photographer in Cumbria, which may not seem very original but I am looking to offer a package that's not yet offered in this fair county so watch this space...
Talking of wedding photography in Cumbria, I did actually, over December, shoot one in what can be described as the most challenging conditions made easier by a lovely atmosphere and welcoming guests and couple. Leo Baptist (
http://www.leobaptist.com/) was helping me out on the day and was a total God-send considering I was thinking of tackling this wedding alone.
On a cold and dark December evening, we were really tested for our technical ability in a chapel where flash was permitted but wold have spolit the ambience of such an intimate affair.
